Two great shows on Sunday the 13th May in Espai La Senieta featuring The Blues Brothers Experience and Sister Act – are you ready for a Miracle – had the audience enthralled and in real party mood. The girls opened the shows with their tribute to the Sister Act films and what an opening it was. Great songs and great dance routines with lovely vocal harmonies had the crowds singing and dancing from the first number.
Just when you thought it couldn’t get better, it did! With Jake and Elwood singing and dancing their socks off in the inimitable style of The Blues Brothers. What a show, what a party, with some members of the audience joining in on stage and everyone singing and dancing all through the performance. A fitting end to a great series of shows staged by the TM Lions this Spring.
Lion President, Brian Clarke, thanked everyone involved in producing these super events and in particular the Ayuntamiento and the generous audiences who have supported us so well.
