The Teulada–Moraira Lions Summer Concerts Kick Off in Great Form
A great evening’s entertainment was presented by the Teulada–Moraira Lions club with their first summer concert on Sunday, the 4th August. The show featured “Soulsplosion” a very popular local group, who performed some terrific soul, funk, Motown and even some rock “n” roll numbers to the assembled crowd. Lion President, Dr. Nico Dekkers, welcomed the audience and all were invited to “get up and boogie” – which indeed they did!
Our next show will again be on the seafront in Moraira on Sunday, the 18th August and features “Itchy Fingers” a renowned blues / rock group from Brighton, England.
All our summer concerts are presented free of charge but donations are welcomed which all go to support local good causes.
